When you create a member account or submit a classified, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing/location information, account credentials, classified content, uploaded images, and payment transaction identifiers.
We use this information to operate member accounts, process and review classified submissions, publish approved classifieds, provide customer support, prevent abuse, process payments, and maintain the security of the service.
Approved classifieds may display the classified text, item price, location, phone number, submission date, expiration date, and uploaded images. Member email addresses are not displayed publicly.
Payments may be processed by PayPal. The Sierra Reader does not need to store your complete payment-card number to provide classified payment functionality.
Members may initiate permanent account deletion from the Member Area or from the app’s Settings links. Account deletion removes the member profile and associated classified content and images, except information we may be legally required to retain.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect member information. Passwords are stored using one-way password hashing.
